EASY STEPS (Include Account creation steps also)

  • In our home page, you have options to view products by Category or by Brand.
  • If you select the Main Category, it will take you to the sub category and you can select the sub category from there.
  • If you decided to go by Brand Selection, It will take you to the page with all the products available with that particular Brand.
  • Once you reach the products page you can select any product you would like to purchase.
  • Once you select the product, it will provide you additional options to select the size and color of the product if additional size or color is available.
  • Next step is to add the product to the Shopping Cart.
  • Once this is completed you will get an option either to checkout or to continue shopping.
  • Once you select Proceed to Checkout, it will provide you an option to enter your shipping address.
  • In addition, you will have an option to select the payment method.
  • Once you select the payment method, you can click on PLACE ORDER button in that page to place the order.
  • Now you have successfully placed the order and you will receive a conformation email to your registered email with all the details of the products you have purchased.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you make a purchase on Goclickretail.com, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number related to your order.  Your order confirmation email will include all the transaction details:

  • Order Number
  • Item purchased with all the product details as well as the shipping charges
  • Quantity
  • Billing/Shipping address
  • Payment Methods
  • Contact number

Should there be unavailable items while process the order, client will be contacted via phone call to discuss possible replacement or refund process.

PAYMENT

VISA/ MASTER CARD

  • We accept all VISA and Master Card payments.
  • All Qatar and International credit & debit cards are accepted.

CASH/ CARD ON DELIVERY:

  • Cash or Card payment on Delivery is also accepted.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery of our products will take place from 48 hrs. To 72 hrs. Depending on the location from when you complete your order and provide complete delivery details, (orders outside the city will take more time to be delivered than the orders within the city premises).

The delivery fees will be available at the end of each order completion

DELIVERY FEES (LOCAL DELIVERY)

All purchases above QAR 500 will be charged 10 QAR as a delivery fee

All purchases below QAR 499 will be charged 20 QAR as a delivery fee

EXCHANGE & REFUND BY CATEGORY

All products purchased from Goclickretail.com can be returned or exchange by the following policies:

  • Fashion: 7 days exchange or refund from after receiving the order by the client.
  • Fragrance: No exchange or refund except in case of damage or non-conformity with the applicable standard specifications or the purpose contracted for.
  • Chocolate: No exchange or refund.
  • Abayas: 7 days exchange or refund from after receiving the order by the client.
  • Accessories: cannot be exchanged nor returned for safety & hygiene concerns.
  • If the product delivered does not match the product description and specifications mentioned on com it can be subject to return or exchange under the same regulations.
  • If the product delivered is defected or damaged

Goclickretail.com does not accept returns if the product you desire to return was used, damaged or their original packaging was damaged or opened. Goclickretail.com does not accept refunds or returns for items that are classified as:

Beauty material, Health and personal care, Lingerie, underwear, socks, swimsuits

Accessories (e.g. Sunglasses, watches,) Jewelry, books

Customized/ Altered products

Once the above points are confirmed, the client can go directly to the Return option and request the return of the items.

REFUND CYCLE

In case of a refund request, we will first verify the reasons for the return in accordance to our policies, and the condition of the product, then we will send the approval or the decline request based on the condition of product and website policies.

Refunds will be processed according to the mode of purchase (cash by cash & card by card)

Card refund will be refunded automatically on the same card used for purchase.

After approval by Go Click Retail, the online or card refunds cycle will depend on the customer’s bank and we will assure best practice to complete the transaction successfully.
